About ER Jedi

I’m a resident doctor in Emergency Medicine and I’ve learned during the past few years that 1) I’ve had some pretty amazing experiences 2) I have a very bad short-term memory. So this blog is just a place for me to write about some of these experiences, from the ER, medical school, the wards and life in general. At least that way I’ll have some idea as to where I’ve been all this time. A scrap-book of sorts, a place to vent, organize some clinical tools and post a few good songs I’ve heard along the way.

  1. hey jedi is there a jedi email to contact you at?

  2. Hi, Love your blog. It is nice to see medicine with a fresh eye. I have to admit I have become jaded with the paperwork and endless internal medicine patients with a list of chief complaints that start with the part in their hair and work down to their toenails – all this in a 20 min visit (or maybe 40 minutes while we figure out their meds which they know by color but not what the heck they are for). So I need a good laugh at the end of the day and also a different outlook. Keep up the good work Jedi! Carol

  3. Love the blog, Jedi! Lots of good stories. Look forward to reading about your adventures.

  4. Look forward to reading more of your blog. I’m starting my M1 this fall, and Emergency Medicine is high on my specialty interests. Thanks for writing!
