Cinematographs

As a browse the internet, I come across images that I’ll often grab and download thinking, “oh, this might be a good pic for blog post someday”. Naturally there are lots more pictures than I have posts, so I have quite a large collection at this point. Better than the pics though, are the Gifs, which are mini movie clips on repeat indefinitely. These tend to be humor based, but can be jarring if the loop is non confluent. Even better than the gifs however, is this new fad of internet photography called cinematographs. These are my absolute favorite. Its a combination of photography and video and if done well, it doesn’t seem like its a clip on repeat, but rather, a never ending clip. I have quite a large collection of these at this point, more than I could ever use in a post so I thought I would purge a few and share them here since they are rather nice to look at. If you enjoy seeing these, let me know as I have loads more that I am just holding onto in the rare event I write a post related to what they depict.

About ER Jedi

I’m a resident doctor in Emergency Medicine and I’ve learned during the past few years that 1) I’ve had some pretty amazing experiences 2) I have a very bad short-term memory. So this blog is just a place for me to write about some of these experiences, from the ER, medical school, the wards and life in general. At least that way I’ll have some idea as to where I’ve been all this time. A scrap-book of sorts, a place to vent, organize some clinical tools and post a few good songs I’ve heard along the way.

  1. These clips are great. They really enhance your posts and I’m glad to hear that you have lots more. The one of Jack Nicholson wins the prize for me.
