Beauty Sleep

In anticipation of having to be at work overnight, and sleeping during the day a few times per week, I started thinking ahead of how to best get my eight hours of beauty sleep during the odd times.  My bedroom is rather weird in that it doesn’t have real walls per se, so a LOT of low level light comes in during the day.  There are two ways to deal with this, a ton of black out curtains, or put up dry wall. Either way, it would be a few hundred bucks minimum. So I figured I might try a sleep mask first to block out the light. Anyone every try one and find one they like? Preferably one that is slightly smaller than this one…

  1. Haha! My “curtains” are thin scarves I thumb-tacked over my windows. Not the classiest look, and very inefficient. So, I have a sleep mask (a much less intense one than pictured!) and love it. It’s just one of those free ones that I got from an overnight airplane ride a couple years back.
